Orders may be placed on line using our convenient shopping cart method. Orders may also be placed by telephone (402-714-1088) or email (sales@phat-motorsports.com), but please do not give credit card information by email. Please give us your name, complete shipping address, telephone number, and method of payment.

Payment Terms

We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, and MasterCard. Please allow nessesary time for personal and company checks to clear before items are shipped. This is usually two business days after receiving.

Shipping Policy

All shipping charges are the customers responsibility. Return shipping charges are also the responsibility of the customer unless an item was shipped in error. Large items such as chassis will be shipped via common carrier trucking. USPS may be used for small items.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Items for return or exchange must be in new/unused condition, and in the original packaging when available. Any items returned as new that are received in used condition will not be accepted. Items paid by credit card will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. Items paid by cash, check, or money order will be refunded in the form of a check issued to the original purchaser. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges for returned or exchange items are the customers responsibility. Special order items are not subject to return, exchange, or refund. Any items shipped in error as a result of our mistake will be credited for return with no restocking fee, and exchanges will be shipped when the original item is received. We will also accept responsibility for all shipping charges if we are responsible for the mistake.

Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive a package that has been damaged, opened, crushed, ect., make sure to have the freight company or UPS driver make a special note of the damage. After opening and inspecting the contents, if there are any damaged or missing items, contact us immediately. Also, retain the damaged packaging used for the original shipment as it may be required to settle a freight claim. Arrangements will be made to pick up the damaged item(s) and packaging, as well as the shipment of the replacement item(s).

Back Orders

If you order an item that is currently not available, we will make every effort to contact you by phone or email to inform you as such. You will have the option of either placing the item on back order to be shipped when available or may choose to cancel that item. All available items will be shipped at the time of the original order.

Special Order Items

Any special order items must be prepaid at the time of ordering and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Pricing Policy

Our policy is to provide quality products at the best possible prices. Prices are subject to change without notice if our costs change without notice.

Warranties

Phat-Racing.com does not guarantee items used for racing purposes. Manufactures supply their own warranties and guarantees. Our engine suppliers do not cover any type of guarantee or warranty. Phat-Racing.com is not responsible or liable for any damages or injuries that could possibly occur to either person or property during the act of competition racing or testing. Each individual must understand that racing is a dangerous sport and must accept these responsibilities on their own.

Nebraska State Sales Tax

Nebraska residence are subject to a 7% sales tax rate on all purchases.
